Brightening Someone’s Day: Michaela Moore
Michaela Moore
Premium Supervisor, Autozone Park - Delaware North
A hospitality veteran of 10 years, Michaela Moore has worked as a Premium Supervisor for Delaware North at Autozone Park for the past four years. Her dedication to stadium visitors is illustrated in her Quarterly Pick Award nomination, where she was praised for going the extra mile for out-of-town guests: “They arrived early for the game and were looking for somewhere local to eat. Michaela took the time to find out where they were staying, asked questions to help them narrow down the choices, then explained which restaurants were within walking distance. She helped them look up different options on their phone.” Michaela also asked if her guests could leave their luggage in the Autozone offices while they ate! Autozone staff were happy to accommodate the request, so the visitors could eat without the encumbrance of luggage.
With outstanding skills and a willingness to go above and beyond, it’s no wonder Michaela Moore is a Third Quarterly Pick awards honoree for Attractions!
